As a Brew Equipment Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert customers count on—for installations that go right the first time, fast-turn repairs, and maintenance that prevents downtime. Role Core Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, with participation in an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation.
Territory:
Drive within a 100-mile radius in most markets; regional travel may be required. Your Responsibilities Install, service, and remove commercial coffee and beverage dispensing systems across assigned accounts. Handle scheduled PMs and site surveys as well as unscheduled/emergency service calls. Maintain proper inventory of spare parts and equipment; reorder within replenishment policies.
Complete thorough documentation:
call closure process, detailed work performed, accurate invoices, and required customer signatures. Plan and carry out installation projects in coordination with team scheduling. Provide timely, transparent communication to customers and internal stakeholders; relay customer requests and insights. Adhere to service level agreements and prioritize tasks to meet expectations and timelines. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of mechanical/technical experience. Background in foodservice is preferred. Preferred familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the use of test meters. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to travel within a 100+ mile radius of the branch. Expertise in troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly. Experience balancing emergency calls, PMs, surveys, and installation work. How You Operate Professional communicator with strong customer service skills.
