Qualifications:
  • Chemistry OR Electromechanical education/background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • GMP documentation experience
  • Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time
  • Instrument calibration experience a plus
  • Ability to work with hand tools
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs to shoulder height
Responsibilities:
  • Develop expert knowledge of SOTAX products and services
  • Perform new instrument and software installations
  • Execute
IQ/OQ/PQ
services
  • Provide customer instrument and software training
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex lab automation
  • Perform PM's and calibrations on precision instrumentation
  • Manage spare parts and calibration equipment inventory
  • Communicate with customers to schedule services
  • Book necessary travel arrangements
  • Keep schedule up to date and submit weekly expense reports
  • Maintain regular communication with service leadership team
  • Identify and communicate new sales opportunities SOTAX is looking for an eligible candidate to join our growing company.
