Job Description

LC Technology Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our Service Department. This person will be responsible for providing technical support, and installing and servicing LC Technology products. Receiving and answering technical questions, providing installation support, troubleshooting system problems, and providing technical training. Job functions include, but are not limited to: Installing new systems at customer sites and training users on system operation Maintaining and repairing existing systems and troubleshooting system problems Effectively performing customer technical support functions onsite and remotely Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with customers Promptly and courteously resolving questions, requests, and problems Creating customer quotes for spare parts and service Maintaining the Company's professional reputation by providing superior customer service Making follow up calls to check on customer satisfaction with products and repairs Completing required documentation including installation reports, expense reports, and travel approval forms Job Requirements Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada required. Travel abroad as needed. Travel approximately 50% of the time Must be able to lift 25lbs regularly The ideal candidate: Must have strong mechanical, electrical and training skills Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must have strong troubleshooting skills and possess the ability to resolve uncommon problems Must be customer oriented and must be able to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner with customers and end users as well as other LC Technology employees Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records Must be self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision Education Requirements High School Diploma; additional technical training or relevant experience is required
