As a technology leader, we develop and produce highly efficient system solutions from single machines to fully automated production lines. About the Position We are expanding and currently seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer specifically to support our product line.. This role is critical for supporting our high-volume automotive and aerospace customers who utilize specialized twin-spindle and multi-spindle technology. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of machining centers (single
- twin
- and four-spindle models) and integrated automation equipment. Repair and calibrate high-precision components, including-designed motor spindles and independent linear axis systems. Execute on-site assembly, commissioning, and modification of modular machine architectures at customer locations. Troubleshoot complex systems, including 4
- and 5-axis swivel units, pallet changers, and double trunnion loading systems.
Skills and Requirements Working knowledge of Siemens control systems. Strong ability to read and troubleshoot and interpret complex electrical/mechanical (hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) schematics as well as blueprints. Must be willing to accommodate frequent regional and occasionally international travel to support a global customer base. Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in high-pressure production environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Education and Experience 3+ years of related experience specifically with multi-spindle CNC machining centers or complex automation lines. High school education or greater; Technical degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) strongly preferred. Experience with automotive-tier series production environments is a plus.
