  • Field Service Representative (Level 2)

PM Work Arrangement:
100% On-Site Contract Position Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Experience with electronics, electronic components, mechanical systems, and/or mechanical components. Experience with parts procurement, inventory management, and/or logistics. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word . Position Responsibilities Provide global technical support for company products at client locations. Support solutions for emerging customer requirements to ensure product safety, integrity, and supportability. Monitor customer product status and operational issues. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance, operational, and fleet reliability issues. Assist with customer action plans and coordinate resources for: Airplane-On-Ground (AOG) situations Non-Mission Capable (NMC) situations Engage company resources to prevent and resolve in-service technical problems. Support the development and execution of customer support plans. Provide technical guidance for routine customer inquiries. Support ad hoc customer training activities. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Previous experience as a Field Service Representative. Experience working in a technical or engineering environment. Experience with factory equipment and/or factory automation. Experience with fabrication, soldering, repairs, and/or mechanical or electrical components.
Experience with:
Parts procurement Inventory management Shipping and receiving International exporting Experience using inventory management software. Experience coordinating and monitoring laboratory compliance standards, including safety and ESD requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to move and pack items weighing up to 25 lbs. without assistance. Ability to work safely and effectively in elevated environments using lifts and ladder platforms. Education Requirements Accredited education and/or experience typically acquired through advanced technical education, including: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience, or Equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with related experience).

In the United States, ABET accreditation is preferred but not required. Travel Requirements Up to 20% domestic travel. Work Hours First Shift Monday
