As we continue to grow, we are seeking highly motivated Field Service Engineers who thrive in autonomous, customer-facing environments and enjoy solving complex technical and operational challenges. We are looking for Field Service Engineer for our East Coast Operations . As part of the broader Customer Experience team, the Field Service Engineer (FSE) serves as a critical customer-facing representative responsible for supporting installations, preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, repairs, customer training, and ongoing service support across the East Coast territory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of technical problem-solving, customer interaction, project coordination, and independent field-based work. Successful candidates are self-driven, organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction while supporting innovative technologies used within healthcare and public safety environments.
