FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
  • Traveling Role (90%)

Nationwide (Must Live Near an Airport)
Hourly:
$32
  • 38 + OT & Per Diem (Daily) Negotiable DOE Our Field Service team plays a critical role in keeping customer equipment performing at its best.
We succeed in fast paced environments by staying calm under pressure, acting quickly, and consistently exceeding customer expectations. We are seeking a self starting, ambitious Field Service Technician to deliver high quality technical service and support to customers nationwide. In this role, you will work within a Technical Service organization, managing multiple customers and projects while supporting OEM equipment at customer production facilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support OEM equipment and systems at customer production facilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues and execute effective solutions Remotely monitor equipment performance using remote access tools and direct customer communication Conduct testing and commissioning of control systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and safety Perform modifications, upgrades, and routine maintenance to meet customer requirements Deliver best in class customer service while collaborating with technical service and engineering teams Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports Interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate improvements or modifications Manage field service appointments and troubleshooting requests through a field service management system Manage travel and expenses in accordance with company policies
COMPENSATION AND TRAVEL PERKS
Hourly Pay:
$32 to $38 dollars per hour based on experience
Overtime:
Paid overtime beyond standard hours
Daily Per Diem:
$75 dollars per day while traveling Frequent travel with company supported expense management
