• We are a growing Water and Wastewater Treatment company in the Midwest looking for a Services Technician to join our team.

The Service Technician will provide technical service and support along with customer service to existing customers. Looking for a full-time service technician with duties to include the following:

SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

Preferred

• 2+ years' service related experience Valid driver's license.

Mechanically inclined and like to work with your hands Great organizational skills Active listening and communication skills Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment Ability to perform accurate repair of customer product Ability to think for yourself and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' products Maintain high-quality customer service and care Promote and sell additional products and services Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience Communicate benefits of the Value Added Services Process to the customer.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

The Services Technician makes $25-30/hr. depending on experience Paid vacation and Holidays 401K Health, dental and vision. Quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Basic requirements:

High School education Punctuality Ability to work out of State Willing to do background check Excellent communication skills Additional Requirements and willingness to learn: Knowledge of Mechanical and Industrial equipment

• assembly, fabrication and electrical knowledge helpful but will provide additional training both in shop and on site. Self-motivated
• willing to travel
• Car and/or Flights. Company Philosophy is geared towards customer satisfaction
• successful candidate must show willingness to be able to deal with and communicate with waste water treatment operators and technicians as well as vendors. Knowledge of warehouse equipment
• Knowledge of Computer programs including Microsoft Office and outlook
