The ideal candidate is a hands-on troubleshooting expert with strong electrical and mechanical skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field. Candidates can be based anywhere East of the Mississippi, with preference for those located near a major airport or in IL, TN, KY, AL, or OH. Key Responsibilities Install CNC machine tool systems, including options and accessories, at customer facilities Perform machine leveling, geometry checks, calibration, and final performance adjustments Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application-related issues Identify root causes and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams Support customer training and assist with project coordination activities Maintain detailed service reports and documentation Assist with technical support during trade shows and company events as needed Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring maximum machine performance and uptime Why Join This Company?
