Job Description

Your role Step into a role where your technical expertise directly fuels customer success and innovation. As a Field Service Engineer reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in Memphis, TN . Specific Responsibilities :
Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems. Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems. Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption. Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment. Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards. To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software‑related field. 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early‑career with strong relevant education). Strong technical skills in configuring low‑code applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems. Excellent problem‑solving abilities , with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently. Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams. Ability to work independently , manage time well, and operate professionally in field‑based environments. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).
