ASML US, LLC, a lithography development and manufacturing company for the semiconductor industry, has the following position(s) available in Richardson, TX. Senior Field Service Engineer Provide expert-level onsite technical service and support for ASML lithography systems, encompassing installation, reconfiguration, performance optimization, and routine servicing. Conduct comprehensive analysis to troubleshoot and rectify complex issues, leveraging in-depth system knowledge and advanced diagnostic tools. Spearhead the implementation of system upgrades and modifications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to customer operations. Lead in the identification of underlying causes for system downtime and develop sophisticated solutions to mitigate future occurrences. Design and execute intricate action plans involving multi-disciplinary techniques to address unique technical challenges. Collaborate closely with ASML's engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continual enhancement of our technology. Provide training and mentorship to customers and junior engineers, enhancing their understanding and skills in managing and maintaining ASML systems. Partial telecommuting permitted. Bachelors Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field and two (2) years of experience as a(n) Systems Engineer, Software Development Engineer or related position.
