5-7 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment Proficiency with high-tolerance multi-axis alignment CNC equipment (5-axis strongly preferred) Communicating with customers and responding to their concerns This role is approximately 60% mechanical, and 40% electrical based, with some pneumatics. Ability to read circuit diagrams highly desired. Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally for extended periods of time Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook Degree or equivalent experience + some education Strong communication and self-initiativeFSE Responsibilities Include:
Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration and repair on EDM, Laser and STEM equipment Axis alignment to ensure correct operation and functionality of machinery Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and timely follow-up Maintaining tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated Meeting all safety and regulatory requirements Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, renewals, and spare parts sales Deliver training onsite and in-house This is an exceptional opportunity with an industry leading organization!Similar jobs in Greenville, SC
