CNC Field Service Engineer Sioux Falls, South Dakota Service 2974 Job Description Overview Local Region | Latest Technology | Excellent Culture As a Field Services Engineer, you'll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Dakotas. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians. You'll be responsible for day to day field service which can include service, troubleshooting, installations and/or preventive maintenance as you launch from home most days. Essential Duties include:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications What are we looking for? Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing C.N.C. machining centers and C.N.C. turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills
• focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
