What success looks like You quickly assess issues and restore uptime on CNC mills and lathes. You lead smooth installations and validate performance at handoff. You design practical PM routines that prevent downtime. You communicate clearly, train when needed, and represent Ellison with integrity. You document thoroughly and own each service case from start to finish. What youll bring Experience setting up and operating CNC mill/lathe equipment Background in CNC or heavy equipment maintenance Technical focus areas Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance CNC Machine Repair CNC Machine Installation Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Maintenance and Repair Skills CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Spindle Maintenance & Repair Troubleshooting CNC Machines Machines youll work with CNC Mill (34 axis VMC) CNC Lathe (24 axis) CNC Swiss Lathe CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) CNC Lathe (5+ axis) Tools, travel, and support Company phone and laptop Car allowance with gas covered Lean paperwork so you can focus on machines and customers Primarily local DFW travel; minimal weeknight overnights; no weekends Grow with Ellison Our mission is simple: equip manufacturers to compete and win.
