This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas and will lead the Aeronautics Field Sustainment Field Support Engineering (FSE) Core team supporting F-35, F-16, C-130, and C-5 aircraft. What You Will Be Doing The position is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Monitor risk across functional lines on program and project status, and interface with customers. Participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes, attending customer generated meetings as required, understanding the challenges of fielded personnel, working across functional organizations.Who You Are Leadership:

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates: Field Support Engineering experience with F-35, C-130, and F-16 aircraft Understanding ofUSAF, USN, USAF, NATO
fighter Maintenance Practices Strong verbal and written communications skills for coordinating with Field Service Representatives, and Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur. Experience with Microsoft Office products Experience developing and presenting formal briefings and presentations. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college Program Performance Management process and Earned Value Management experience Ability to lead proposal and negotiation preparation Experience developing rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates and basis of estimate (BOE)Security Clearance Statement:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:
