Field Services Engineering•Service Engineer-US The Field Service Representative role with our client in Water Technologies & Solutions involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of chemical programs within an industrial setting. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications. Key Characteristics Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on water treatment equipment Perform analytical bench top testing Collect water and process samples Chemical management including forklift operations and chemical transfers Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems Duties & Responsibilities Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation Consult with customer management and operation teams Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Other duties as required Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to meet all customer site requirements Experience in water treatment equipment maintenance is preferred Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel within the region as needed
Education & Experience Required:
High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
Valid Driver's License Preferred:
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation
