Field Service Engineers, RS&A, Inc. Plano, TX. Multiple positions available. 100% travel to unanticipated client sites. Resolve technical issues and provide service related support on linear accelerators used in medical radiotherapy. Duties include: Perform on-site and in house servicing, repair and installation of company-serviced products, which includes Siemens linear accelerators used in medical radiotherapy; Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment; Serve as point of contact to customers with any technical or service related issues; Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, or systems failures, using established procedures; Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues; and Determine most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. Requires five (5) years of progressive, full-time professional experience working as a Service Engineer providing technical support and maintenance of medical radiotherapy equipment.
