ASML US, LLC, a lithography development and manufacturing company for the semiconductor industry, has the following position(s) available in Richardson, TX. Field Service Engineer Domestic and International Travel may be required up to 30%. Travel expenses paid by employer. Enable ASML external customers to be successful in their fabs and represent the voice of the customer within the ASML organization. Responsible for servicing ASML customers including install, relocations, upgrades, maintenance, application support, and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer location. Analyze and makes repairs at customer site by effectively escalating to the next higher levels. Use system documentation to solve problems. Execute regular maintenance, implement upgrades, manage field change orders, and ensure proper operation of ASML systems at customer site. Diagnose and determine root cause of machine down issues. Create and review complex (multi-competency) action plans. Execute new and specialized repair actions. Transfer knowledge to local site engineers and the customer. Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field and two (2) years of experience as a(n) Systems Performance Engineer or related position.
