C-UAS Field Service Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for experienced Field Engineers with backgrounds installing, deploying, and managing C-UAS or related equipment to support us on multiple projects across DHS, DoW, and commercial customers. These individuals will perform installation and testing of systems including including mounting sensors, cameras, and other components in a variety of environments (e.g., rooftops, open fields, high-security areas). This role will also include customer support, maintenance and upgrades, and management of system functionality once deployed. Successful team members will have backgrounds in C-UAS, Radio, RF, Camera, or other IoT systems combined with experience networking these systems together.

Hourly:

43-52/hr

Salary:

• Associates degree and 2+ years of experience, or HS degree and 6+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Experience with C-UAS system troubleshooting and maintenance, or other related experience (jammers, radio, IoT systems, Radiofrequency systems, camera systems)
• Experience networking devices or hardware
• Experience configuring and connecting wireless devices
• Basic understanding of networking, including IP configuration and wireless communication.
