This position offers a unique entry point into the energy sector, where you will gain hands-on technical proficiency and master safe equipment handling practices in a dynamic, remote environment. Responsibilities Support daily well service operations by coordinating with field crews to ensure project efficiency. Manage the transport, preparation, and maintenance of essential field tools and specialized equipment. Execute site organization and equipment sanitation to uphold operational standards and safety. Operate a variety of hand tools and field machinery to facilitate seamless production workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet rigorous safety and performance benchmarks. Engage in comprehensive on-the-job training to develop expertise in industrial operations and field protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to learning new technical skills. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks in demanding outdoor conditions. Commitment to maintaining a safe, team-oriented work environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in physically demanding sectors such as construction, industrial labor, or manufacturing. Background in automotive or diesel mechanical repair.
