By performing precision diagnostics and proactive maintenance, you will ensure that commercial environments remain comfortable, efficient, and fully operational. Responsibilities Execute the installation, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs of commercial-grade heating, ventilation, and cooling units. Perform comprehensive system diagnostics to identify performance bottlenecks and restore peak operational efficiency. Deliver rapid-response technical support to resolve critical climate control failures in professional facilities. Document all service activities and equipment modifications to maintain accurate asset history and compliance records. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to streamline project workflows and meet strict deadlines. Implement industry-leading best practices to optimize energy consumption and extend the lifespan of mechanical systems. Maintain a rigorous standard of workplace safety and regulatory compliance during all field operations. Required Skills Proven professional experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting complex HVAC controls and mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret intricate blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Formal technical certification or vocational training in HVAC technology. Experience with building automation systems or advanced energy management controls.
