Full-time / Part-time / On-call overtime available Job Overview We are hiring dependable, hard-working team members for water mitigation and restoration work. This position includes emergency water damage cleanup, equipment setup, demolition, moving contents, packing customer belongings, and general labor. No experience required — we will train the right people. Responsibilities Respond to water damage jobs at homes and businesses Remove wet materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) Set up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Move furniture and contents safely Pack and inventory customer belongings Perform demolition and cleanup work Load/unload equipment and materials Maintain clean trucks, tools, and job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Provide professional customer service on jobs Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Must be 18+ Comfortable working in hot, dirty, wet, or physically demanding environments Valid driver's license required Must have your own transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn Construction, moving, demo, or restoration experience is a plus What We Offer Paid training Overtime opportunities Weekly pay available Advancement into lead technician / crew leader roles Steady work for dependable employees How to Apply Reply with: Name Phone number Work experience Whether you have a driver's license When you can start We hire workers who show up, work hard, and want to grow.
