Restoration Supervisor

This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Thoroughly Document and Sketch restoration projects
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
• Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
• Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
• Coach and train restoration technicians Position Requirements
• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certifications are a plus - Xactimate experience is a plus Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the restoration industry.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
