We're a rapidly growing restoration company looking for a seasoned, certified professional to grow with us — not just fill a role. COMPENSATION

Pay:

$25-$38 per hour

Commission:

1-6% performance-based Annual earning potential: up to $140,000+ Performance bonuses Equity opportunity: qualified team members can earn an ownership stake over a 3-5 year period. The more you bring, the more you'll own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead crews in water, fire, and mold emergency mitigation work according to IICRC standards Perform detailed documentation on job sites and oversee job progress Work closely with team members and customers to provide transparent, respectful communication Participate in on-call rotation to support timely 24/7 emergency response Safely operate company equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS 3-5

years of experience as a crew chief in restoration or a closely related field IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification — required minimum Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed Ability to lift 50 lbs Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
