Must be available for overtime, emergency response, and rotating on-call as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION-SERVPRO

of Tucson is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician to help respond to water damage emergencies throughout the Tucson area. This is a hands-on restoration role for someone who likes active work, takes pride in helping customers, and can work as part of a field team in damaged homes and businesses. You will help extract water, remove damaged materials, set drying equipment, clean jobsites, and document work so customers can begin the recovery process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to water damage, storm, and restoration jobs with the field team.
• Load, unload, set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and jobsite preparation.
• Take moisture readings and help document equipment placement and job progress.
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with crew chiefs, managers, teammates, and customers.
• Follow company procedures for safety, documentation, equipment handling, and customer care.
• Support overtime, emergency response, and rotating on-call work when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Restoration, construction, demolition, cleaning, moving, warehouse, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or other hands-on experience is helpful.
• No restoration experience is required if you are dependable, coachable, and ready to learn.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to work in damaged properties and active jobsite conditions.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work on a team.
• Customer-service mindset and professional attitude.
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required unless listed by the office.
