We're actively hiring an experienced Restoration Technician who can make an immediate impact. What You'll Do As a Restoration Technician, you'll respond to emergency property losses and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, smoke, and other property damage.
Responsibilities include:
Water mitigation and water extraction Fire and smoke damage cleanup Demolition of damaged building materials Structural drying using air movers and dehumidifiers Monitoring drying equipment and documenting moisture readings Contents pack-out, moving, cleaning, and restoration General construction site cleanup Daily photo documentation and job notes Driving company vehicles to residential and commercial job sites Providing outstanding customer service while representing MSB professionally What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and understands that emergency restoration requires urgency and professionalism. Required Qualifications Previous restoration, water mitigation, or fire restoration experience Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and with a team Comfortable working overtime, rotating on-call shifts, and occasional weekends Ability to read and write English Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, physical, and drug screening Preferred Qualifications IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) Experience using moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, air movers, dehumidifiers, and extraction equipment Experience with moisture mapping and job documentation Construction or demolition experience Xactimate experience is a plus Why Join MSB?
