Responsibilities:

Assess water damage and develop effective restoration plans. Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for restoration. Document and report on the progress of restoration projects. Communicate with clients to explain procedures and manage expectations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred. Experience in water damage restoration or related field is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. On Call required Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
