Waterborne Egress Capability Field Service Representative

This position primarily will be working with the Water Egress Capability (WEC) system directly supporting Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) operations, in partnership with Program Manager Advance Amphibious Assault (PM AAA). The Field Service Representative (FSR) shall have in-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, employment, fielding, and sustainment support requirements of the WEC equipment. The FSR shall perform all WEC related preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with the supporting published USMC Technical Manuals. The FSR shall perform all equipment warranty related efforts, accomplish place-in-service inspections, system kitting, distribution, and complete scheduled WEC component repairs or re-builds. The FSR shall provide operation/maintenance training for to Assault Amphibian Unit personnel as required. The FSR shall be certified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for repairs. The FSR shall have full access to Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) transactions to document completed preventative and corrective maintenance actions, initiate/open supporting Service Requests, and perform requisite post preventative/corrective maintenance Quality Control checks. The FSR shall prepare and submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), as required.
