You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leveraging your mechanical acumen to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Responsibilities Execute the full lifecycle of equipment maintenance, including installation, start-up, and complex troubleshooting of commercial machinery. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, providing clear recommendations and operational guidance to clients to ensure long-term equipment reliability. Conduct preventive maintenance and manage parts procurement to ensure all service deadlines are met with precision. Document all service activities, repairs, and inventory usage through accurate reporting to maintain operational transparency. Collaborate with internal management to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Travel to client sites to perform on-site repairs and respond to urgent, unscheduled maintenance requests. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in working with single-phase electrical power systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Skills 3+ years of experience in industrial, military, or commercial equipment repair. Experience utilizing ticketing or dispatch systems for customer support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
