Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Service Technician to join our field operations. In this role, you will handle hands-on property maintenance tasks, including gutter cleaning, air duct cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and dryer vent services. If you enjoy active outdoor work, working independently, and delivering great customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial property maintenance services efficiently and safely. Safely set up, climb, and work from extension ladders to access roofs and gutters. Operate specialized cleaning and vacuum equipment. Maintain clear communication with the home office and provide excellent service to clients on-site. Drive a company service vehicle safely to various job sites throughout the local area.

Position Requirements:

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to comfortably lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and ladders weighing 60 lbs minimum on a daily basis. Comfort with

Heights:

Must be completely comfortable working on roofs, climbing tall ladders, and operating safely at heights.

Hands-on Attitude:

This is a physical, labor-intensive role. You must not be afraid of getting dirty, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and getting the job done right.

Clean Driving Record:

Must possess a valid California Driver's License with an excellent driving history (clean DMV printout required upon hire) to operate company vehicles.

Clean Environment:

We maintain a strictly smoke-free and vape-free work environment (including inside all company vehicles and on all client properties).

Professionalism:

Dependable, punctual, and respectful of client property.
