The Elite/Lead Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role works with more advanced and multi/complex systems, proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers. This role is responsible for the escalation and leveraging appropriate company resources to address issues, both with personnel and customers.Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Some travel required- 10-15%
- Work within Los Angeles area
Driving Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain privileges to drive a company vehicle

- HS diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Technical military background
- Tech Cert, Degree or industry specific license(s)
Experience Requirements:
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
- Clean driving record
- Work experience preferred
- 5 to 7 years of technical work experience
Skill Requirements:
- Electrical, mechanical, diesel, fusion experience depending on business unit
- Work without direct supervision and provides coaching/training to junior-level technicians
- Technically sound
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
- Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly
