Outside Service Technician

No Experience Necessary, will train the right candidate. Service Technician needed in Fresno area SUMMARY Foothill Beverage Service is based out of Auburn, California. Our Technicians are held to high standards, servicing commercial beverage equipment such as coffee brewers, coffee grinders, espresso machines, ice tea machines, etc... Individuals in this role are provided with: a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, and gas card. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive dispatched service calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA). Troubleshoot or diagnose equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment such as volt/ohm meters to identify and implement corrective action and perform preventative maintenance. Check calibration and ensure machine is clean. Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts and tools Review service orders and service performed with your supervisor. Must keep managers informed of customer concerns, and needs. Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion. In some locations, the Service Technician will be responsible for machine movement and various other duties as assigned. Must be able to work overtime when needed.
