Field Service Technician

We are seeking experienced and motivated Commercial Door Installers / Service Technicians to join our growing team. This position is essential to delivering high-quality service to our customers and supporting our continued growth. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service. ️Commercial door installation experience is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Service Technician:

$25•30/hr

Service Supervisor:

$40•50/hr

Hours:

8AM•5PM M•F Key Responsibilities Install, service, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial doors, gates, and dock equipment Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and determine appropriate service solutions Safely travel to customer job sites using a company-provided vehicle and tools Educate customers on proper product use, care, and maintenance Maintain professionalism and positive customer relationships at all times Accurately complete service documentation and reports Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial door, gate, or dock service technician At least 1 year of door hanging experience Strong understanding of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn and apply new techniques Proficient in hand and power tools; experience operating lift equipment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive bending and lifting Work Schedule Expected hours: 40-45 hours per week Year-round employment
