Full Job Description Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience Job description: SERVPRO of Newport Beach/Huntington Beach South is hiring a Restoration/Remediation Water Technician! The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of our customers and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO. Each Restoration Technician will be equipped with equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the restoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and customer estimates Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects Complete job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements for billing purposes Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Position Requirements Valid driver's license- Must have a clean driving record High school diploma/GED At least 1-3 years of industry experience IICRC certification is preferred, but we will pay for certification for the right candidate Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
