As a Route Service Technician Trainee, you will: Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services Provide emergency on-call service Deliver and pick up chemicals Collect payments and follow up on accounts Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns Train customers on product usage and safety Negotiate service renewals and pricing

What You'll Need:
