Bright Side is a premium exterior cleaning company with over 3,500 jobs of experience in Marin County. We are now expanding into San Luis Obispo county, and we are looking for foundational team members to help us dominate this new market. This isn't just "labor"—this is a technical role involving high-end equipment, and elite customer service.

You will be operating the most advanced cleaning rig in San Luis Obispo County. We have built a custom, high-tech trailer specifically designed for soft-washing, pressure washing, and specialized window detailing. We provide the highest-quality tools on the market so you can provide the highest-quality results for our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Technical Restoration:

Performing soft-washes on delicate home exteriors, pressure washing masonry (bluestone, brick, stone), and detailing high-end windows.

Equipment Maintenance:

Managing and maintaining our high-tech trailer, pumps, and filtration systems.

Property Preservation:

Protecting client assets from the corrosive California Central Coast salt air.

Customer Interaction:

Acting as a professional representative of the company on-site.

WHO YOU ARE

Hands-On Experience:

You have a background in trades, construction, landscaping, or mechanical work. You're comfortable with tools and ladders.

Coachable:

You have a "student" mindset. We will train you in our specific "Bright Side" standards and the chemistry behind our cleaning processes.

Reliable & Professional:

You show up on time, every time, with a clean appearance and a positive attitude.

Long-Term Vision:

We are looking for people who want to grow with us as we scale this territory. We want future Crew Leads and Operations Managers.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites or our equipment hub. Physical ability to work outdoors, handle ladders, and move equipment. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
