Part-time/ Full Time Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing pressure washing services, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires physical stamina, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
- To execute pressure washing services for commercial clients.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and company vehicles.
- Conduct pre-service inspections to determine the scope of work and identify any potential issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe and effective cleaning processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or service issues that may arise on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of services completed, materials used, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, Social Security card.
- Previous experience in pressure washing, maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required. On-site training is available.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work variable long hours, including some weekends and evenings.
