Job Description

WANTED:
Brave Soul for a Dirty Job Part-Time Service Technician - The Pest Posse Too You may not wear a cape, but you'll still save the day. The Job Reality (a.k.a. Your Next Adventure) Let's be honest—this job isn't for the faint of heart, the easily grossed-out, or anyone looking for a desk and a swivel chair. As a part-time Pest Control Technician at The Pest Posse Too , your days might include: Crawling through sub-areas so gritty they feel straight out of a horror film Exploring dark, dusty attics that test your courage Walking into facilities that look like a crime scene cleanup just wrapped Identifying mystery smells that defy explanation Getting up close and personal with pests most people run from You'll get dirty. You'll sweat. You'll occasionally question humanity. But you'll also do something most people never get to do: You'll protect what matters. The Mission (and Why It Matters) Our mission is simple, yet powerful: Protect people. Protect property. Protect peace of mind. Every day you're in the field—even part-time—you're making a real impact. You're not just eliminating pests; you're solving problems the right way, using thoughtful, responsible methods that consider families, pets, and the environment.
You're:
Helping families feel safe in their homes Protecting businesses and their reputation Safeguarding the food supply Creating spaces people can trust again This work matters—no matter how many hours you work. What the Work Looks Like Done Right Around here, we believe in doing things a certain way: Start with the smartest, most responsible solution—not just the strongest one Do the job thoroughly, not halfway Pay attention to the details others miss Do what's right, even when no one is watching Leave every customer better off than when you arrived It's not about shortcuts. It's about standards. Who We Are The Pest Posse Too isn't your average pest control company. We're a team of protectors, problem-solvers, and people who take pride in meaningful work. We're building a culture where: Integrity is expected Quality matters more than rushing People support each other Growth is encouraged—even in part-time roles We work hard, we laugh when we can, and we've got each other's backs. Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if: You've got a strong stomach and a stronger work ethic You're comfortable in tight spaces and challenging environments You take pride in doing things the right way—not the easy way You notice details others overlook You believe protecting people and their homes actually matters You're dependable, honest, and ready to learn Experience is great—but character matters more. We can train skills. We can't train integrity. Part-Time Schedule Part-time hours (ideal for those looking to supplement income or build a career) Consistent scheduling with room to grow into more hours if desired Perks & Payoff Competitive hourly wage + bonuses Company vehicle (your mobile command unit) Uniforms provided Ongoing training through Pest Posse Academy Opportunities for advancement Work that actually means something Final Word This job isn't glamorous. It's not easy. And it's definitely not clean. But if you're looking for purpose-driven part-time work … If you want to be part of a team that stands for something… If you're ready to protect homes, families, and livelihoods… Then we want you on our team. Suit up. Crawl in. Do the job right. And help us give people the peace of mind they deserve.
