This is a non-exempt hourly role. Must be able to perform the essential job duties described, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs regularly Ability to crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, rain, or pest-affected environments Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions All work is performed during paid hours in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws and using appropriate safety equipment/training in compliance with state and federal safety regulations. Most client sites are local to San Luis Obispo County, but the role may require on occasion driving beyond that area to service clients as needed.
