You will assess and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial settings. Experience is a plus. Shifts available - 4 days 10 hours per day / 5 days 8 hours per day. Multiple shifts available including Evenings and Weekends, hourly and salary. Signing bonus available. Skills IICRC certifications and Xactimate a plus. Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting. Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
