Day-in-the-Life Your morning begins with a clear dispatch to a familiar commercial site in Los Angeles County. You review work orders on your tablet, roll out in a stocked company vehicle, and dive into a mix of preventive maintenance, service calls, and standard diagnostics on commercial systems. Throughout the day, you'll move between rooftop units, package units, split systems, and heat pumps—replacing belts or capacitors here, swapping a motor there, and documenting everything with digital notes and photos. You'll coordinate with the office team, keep your truck inventory dialed in, and end the day knowing a steady, year‑round customer base is counting on your expertise. About the Role We're an established commercial HVAC contractor supporting Los Angeles County and North Orange County accounts. This role is focused on dependable, high-quality field work—preventative maintenance, service, common repairs, and standard diagnostics—primarily within the LA territory, backed by experienced leadership. What You'll Handle Perform routine and scheduled commercial HVAC maintenance and on-demand service Identify and resolve electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating issues Service rooftop units (RTUs), package units, split systems, and heat pumps Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, filters, and related components Complete digital service tickets with detailed notes and jobsite photos Keep truck stock organized and ready for rapid response Communicate professionally with customers and the office team Where You'll Work Most assignments are in Los Angeles County, with additional coverage in North Orange County and occasional support in Riverside.
