Job requirements 4 to 6 years of experience in plumbing, water treatment, or residential service systems Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior technician experience preferred Knowledge of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and residential plumbing systems Strong troubleshooting, installation, and repair skills Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain quality standards Strong communication and customer service skills Experience using Microsoft Office and field service software preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties, including bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces Experience with soldering, welding, or advanced installation techniques is a plus Ecowater of Southern California is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
