Damage Restoration Technician Location:

$25.00 to $35.00/hour (depending on experience)

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Description A growing restoration company in Santa Clarita is seeking an experienced Damage Restoration Technician to assist with residential and commercial restoration projects. This position involves responding to water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses, performing mitigation services, and helping restore properties safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and cleanup services Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers Assist with fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects Remove damaged building materials and debris Document job progress and maintain accurate records Operate restoration equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety policies and industry standards Qualifications Previous restoration, construction, remediation, or related field experience preferred IICRC certifications are a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay: $25.00 to $35.00/hour Full time, stable work schedule Opportunity for overtime Career growth and training opportunities Weekly pay and benefits available Apply today to join a team dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover from property damage throughout the Santa Clarita area.
