Communicate with customers to explain services and secure service contracts. Capture 3D Geographical scan and photo documentation of site before any work begins, capture photos of work in progress and document all services performed. Repair and restore buildings damaged by water, fire, or other factors. Conduct a thorough evaluation of the damage, devise a comprehensive restoration plan, and execute it effectively and efficiently. Use specialized tools and techniques to repair structures such as drywall, flooring, and roofs. Perform demolition work, water extraction, structural drying, remove debris, and clean up the site Project Management. Coordinate and manage restoration projects from planning through implementation, including site preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of files and work flow. Work with various companies, contractors, adjusters, and homeowners Seeking a self-starting lead restoration technician with a demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Assist with planning and implementing restoration work with a process-based restoration approach. Applying treatments to prevent mold and mildew.
