Restoration Technician

Seeking a restoration technician with a demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Assess various loss situations and complete necessary restoration services. Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 75 pounds, work in tight spaces, and perform tasks in various weather conditions. Capture 3D Geographical scan and photo documentation of site before work begins, and capture photos of work in progress and able to fully document all services performed. Mitigate buildings damaged by water. Responsibilities may include water/waste extraction, mold removal, demolition, drying surfaces, vacuuming, washing, hauling, and moving belongings. Use specialized tools and techniques to remove structures such as drywall, flooring, and affected building materials. Customer service experience, able to communicate with homeowners and customers Assist with planning and implementing restoration work with a process-based restoration approach and follow directions on extent of work needed to complete. Applying treatments to prevent mold and mildew. Assist with warehouse duties and maintenance, including moving, cleaning, and storing equipment, and tools, and keeping vans clean and stocked. Packing/Contents or Restoration experience necessary. Must have a valid drivers license
