Monday to Friday 8 AM- 5PM Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Professional adept at inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of vehicles and issues. Knowledgeable about service schedules, well-versed in reading technical documentation and familiar with scoping various components.Key Responsibilities:
We work on all makes and models, and on a wide variety of repairs. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations on classic, muscle, performance, and custom-built vehicles Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, wiring, drivability, and performance-related concerns Perform engine and transmission removals, installations, upgrades, and swaps (including aftermarket and performance applications) Install and troubleshoot aftermarket components , including fuel systems, cooling systems, suspension, steering, ignition, EFI, gauges, and performance upgrades Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics using scan tools, multimeters, and hands-on testing procedures Assist with restoration and project vehicle builds , including disassembly, reassembly, and system integration Diagnose and repair engine, drivetrain, suspension, steering, braking, cooling, electrical, and A/C systems Perform quality control inspections and road testing to ensure repairs meet shop standards prior to customer delivery Accurately document findings, recommendations, repair notes, and job progress on repair orders Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Stay current on performance upgrades, classic vehicle systems, aftermarket technology, and evolving diagnostic procedures Work closely with the team to ensure project timelines, build quality, and customer expectations are metRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years automotive repair experience (or specialty performance/classic experience preferred) Strong mechanical knowledge of engine and drivetrain systems Experience performing engine and transmission removals/installations Ability to perform electrical diagnostics and wiring troubleshooting Experience using diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and testing equipment Ability to diagnose drivability concerns and mechanical failures Must have own basic tools Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with engine swaps and conversions (Coyote, LS, EFI conversions, carb-to-EFI, etc.) Experience working on classic and muscle cars Knowledge of aftermarket wiring harnesses and electrical integration Experience with performance upgrades (suspension, drivetrain, fuel systems, cooling systems) Familiarity with Mustangs/Foxbody platforms Welding/fabrication experience (light fabrication a plus) Experience reading wiring diagrams and schematics Experience with custom builds or restorations ASE certifications a plusBenefits:
