Duties Perform cleaning, demolition, and debris removal to prepare sites for restoration work Execute fire and water damage restoration processes, including moisture detection and drying techniques Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols to eliminate mold growth Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, demolition, and construction tasks Assist with hazardous material removal when certified or trained Follow detailed procedures for each project, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry best practices Experience Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques, fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction methods Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow within the restoration industry.
