POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a senior Field Service Technician with 10+ years of experience with asphalt pavers, street sweepers, and/or other specialty heavy equipment. to support our Colorado Springs branch. This role is responsible for advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of equipment in the field while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Asphalt pavers, street sweepers, vac-trucks, and other heavy equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems independently Complete accurate work orders including labor, parts, and failure codes Communicate clearly with customers on repair status and recommendations Maximize billable efficiency and productivity Maintain service truck inventory and tools Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards Collaborate with service, parts, and leadership teams Mentor junior technicians

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years heavy equipment service experience Kubota engine certification preferred Strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to work independently in the field CDL or ability to obtain (required)

PREFERRED

Dealer experience Multi-OEM familiarity
