You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime for our clients by providing expert diagnostics, precise repairs, and proactive system optimizations. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of industrial cooling equipment. Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical and electrical chiller components to resolve operational failures. Manage the end-to-end installation of new chiller units and high-performance system upgrades. Analyze system performance metrics and diagnostic data to recommend energy-saving improvements. Document all service activities and technical findings to maintain detailed equipment histories. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-priority service requests are resolved within established timelines. Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing clear explanations of system health and necessary maintenance actions. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the service and repair of industrial chiller systems. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root-cause problem solving in HVAC environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Technical certification or degree in HVAC/R technology. Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a field-based role.
