We're a team that prizes integrity, teamwork, and innovation—and we're growing. Step into a role where craftsmanship meets customer care as a Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist. A day in your boots It's a crisp Colorado morning. You check your well-stocked service vehicle, scan the day's schedule, and head out to your first call. A homeowner greets you with relief—you diagnose the issue, explain the options clearly, and complete a thorough repair that restores comfort. Between calls, you keep your truck and jobsite tidy, document work in ServiceTitan (if you've used it, great—if not, we'll show you), and collaborate with teammates. Later in the week, you'll join a training session to sharpen your troubleshooting skills and connect at a company meeting. What you'll handle Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment Build strong customer rapport, present solutions, and deliver the right service every time Keep your jobsite and service truck clean, organized, and ready for the next call Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events What you bring Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and standard installation practices Boiler experience preferred (not required) Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication A valid driver's license Physical demands & work environment Safety-first mindset with general knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA requirements Regular activities include sitting, standing, walking, stooping, using hands and controls, hearing, and talking Comfort working on ladders, in hot and cold conditions, and within tight crawl spaces Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs on a regular basis Outdoor work throughout Colorado's seasons; environments vary by job and time of year Compensation Earnings are uncapped, and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000 per year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
