Damage Restoration Technician

Duties Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and power tools Conduct fire restoration activities such as debris removal, soot cleanup, and odor control to restore affected areas Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate mold growth safely and effectively Assist with asbestos abatement projects by following safety protocols and proper handling procedures Utilize hand tools and construction skills to repair damaged structures, replace drywall, flooring, or other building components Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using professional cleaning techniques Support the overall restoration process by documenting work progress, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with team members Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is required; additional training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of restoration processes including water damage repair, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in various environments Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working in confined or challenging spaces Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols at all times Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for travel between job sites Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting Join us today to make a lasting impact through your expertise in damage restoration!
